5-Day Window: You have 5 days from the moment your package arrives to decide if it’s the right fit for you.

The “Testing” Rule: We want you to try the scent! An exchange is valid even if you’ve used 2 to 3 sprays to experience the notes on your skin.

Quality Assurance: Received a damaged bottle or a leaky sprayer? Don’t worry. Report it within 48 hours, and we’ll send a fresh replacement or issue a full refund immediately.

Shipping: For standard “change of mind” exchanges, the return shipping to our Karachi studio will be handled by the customer.

Delivery Charges: Original shipping fees are service-based and non-refundable.
